  • Partial lane closures will occur on 10th Avenue in Kaimuki on Tuesday, Feb. 17 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. as Hawaiian Electric crews replace a damaged utility pole near Tamura’s Fine Wine & Liquors, so drivers should use the detour through 9th Avenue.  KITV
