- ➤ Costco plans to build a second gas station along Dillingham Boulevard in Kapalama Kai as part of a redevelopment project less than a mile from its busy Iwilei site. The new station will feature 20 fueling islands (40 total pumps) and is expected to boost local capacity. KITV
