- ➤ Due to dangerous flooding that has built ponds near shops, businesses in Mapunapuna and Kakaako are closing as city and state crews remove downed trees and hazards. Pacific Auto owner Ed said the shop (of seven years) is inaccessible because sidewalks remain blocked. KITV

- ➤ Heavy rains Friday washed over nearly every intersection along Farrington Highway between Haleiwa and Kaena Point, making the road nearly impassable; local crews responded quickly to clear floodwaters and advise drivers. Hawaii News Now
- ➤ In a March 10 press release, Hawaiian Electric said they hit a 37% renewable portfolio in 2025 across Oahu, Hawaii Island & Maui County amid a 2.5% rise in electricity usage. New solar & battery projects will further boost the clean energy mix for the 2030 goal. Hawaii Free Press
