  • A Kailua home on Kawailoa Road was flooded on Friday when heavy rains and a burst drain led to raw sewage spilling onto the property — City and County crews cleared a lane turned into a small lake on Sunday while the family began cleanup ahead of insurance decisions.  Hawaii News Now
