Aoi Shinagawa told a Circuit Court judge that she did not approve the plea deal which let Austin Quale Joseph, who terrorized her on Kalanianaole Highway in 2019, be released on probation.

She said the deal ignored her trauma and Joseph must not contact her & he will return to prison if he violates probation.
