  • Honolulu Ocean Safety rescued a 20-year-old swimmer from Spitting Caves on May 15 after he jumped off a cliff and was swept by strong currents; his friend tossed a rescue tube and a jet ski carried him to Maunalua Bay (where paramedics treated him, though he declined further care).  KITV
