- ➤ On Monday, tens of thousands attended the 27th Annual Shinnyo Lantern Floating ceremony at Ala Moana Beach for Memorial Day remembrance of lost loved ones. - ➤ The Girl Scouts of Hawaii held their 12th annual Lei of Aloha ceremony on May 25 at the Hawaii State Veterans’ Cemetery, honoring more than 10,000 fallen service members by draping flower leis with American flags on their graves.
