- ➤ Nearly three years after the wildfires, Lahaina survivor Valerie Hoʻopai moved into her rebuilt home with help from local recovery organizations, volunteers and community groups. It is the first home completed through the Hoʻōla Maui's House to Home program. KITV

- ➤ The Polynesian Voyaging Society announced that Hōkūleʻa and Hikianalia will adjust their Pacific voyage due to possible El Niño conditions (monthly NOAA forecasts drive the changes).
