ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ On June 7, a car got wedged under a roll-off dumpster truck in the Harano Tunnel and the H-3 freeway west closed while the Honolulu Fire Department freed the vehicle and police redirected traffic with no injuries reported. KITV
- ➤ An 80-year-old pedestrian was struck by a moped in Chinatown on June 6 when a police officer tried to stop the driver who fled after multiple traffic violations & the moped later collided with a car while paramedics treated her and roads reopened a few hours later. KITV

- ➤ The state Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on Tuesday, June 10 at 10:30 a.m. in the case Nitta v HMSA — where plaintiffs claim HMSA physician contracts are oppressive, unconscionable, and unenforceable.
