- ➤ Tonkatsu @ Honolulu in Kakaako brings a Nagoya twist to Honolulu’s deep-fried food scene by serving premium Japanese cutlets and seafood — executive chef Keita Maeda and floor captain Jodie Oyamada said it uses quality U.S. pork and imported wagyu with sweet and tangy sauces. The restaurant is open daily except Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. and plans to add breakfast service soon. Hawaii News Now
