  • Aloun Farms hosts its 23rd fall festival where families enjoy hayrides, a petting zoo, pumpkin picking up to 100 lbs and local food and entertainment—events run on three weekends starting Oct. 18 with daily activities from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Educational tours are offered Tuesday through Friday between 8:30 and 11 a.m. from Oct. 14 to 17 and Oct. 21 to 24 with proceeds benefiting local nonprofits and schools.  KITV

  • Vintage base ball is making a comeback in Honolulu as local artist Matias Solario co-founded the Aloha Vintage Base Ball Association to revive the sport with teams playing by 1886 rules. SPORTS NEWS

  • After a bye week the Rainbow Warriors returned to practice Tuesday morning in preparation for their Saturday game against Utah State at the Clarence T.C. Ching Athletics Complex with kickoff at 6 p.m. The team, which has its best 6-game start since 2019, will work on reducing penalties—one of the highest in the country—to secure back-to-back conference wins.  Hawaii News Now
