- ➤ Koko Head Shooting Complex will reopen its metallic silhouette range on November 1 for weekend use. The range operates Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. — each shooter pays a $5 fee and only .22 rimfire rounds are allowed — on a first-come, first-served basis. Hawaii News Now
